About Maima Noibi, CPA
The firm’s owner, Maima Rita Noibi possesses 20 years of experience helping individuals and businesses excel financially. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia Southern University, Master’s degree in business from Mercer University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA921329).
Maima was born in Monrovia, Liberia and raised in Newark, New Jersey before moving to Georgia in middle school. Maima’s dad, Robert, immigrated to the US as a college student majoring in accounting. “My dad attended college and worked to save enough cash to bring my mom, my siblings and myself to join him in the US when I was just a toddler.” She is grateful to have been raised by parents that encouraged financial education and discussions.
“I remember when I first started getting an allowance at 5 years old. My parents always reminded me to spend it wisely. They would say….”save first, then spend”. I value our conversations about financial management and credit those discussions as sparking my interest in becoming an accountant and entrepreneur.”

Maima believes that with God anything is possible and encourages everyone to dream, plan and execute. She is a business and entrepreneurial enthusiast and actively enjoys investing. Her hobbies include home décor, traveling, reading, working out and watching SharkTank. Most of all she enjoys spending time and making memories with her husband Tunde, their three delightful daughters, family and friends. The Noibi’s girl would like it to be known that they are Maima’s motivation for starting the firm twelve years ago. #GirlBoss
Maima is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the practice sections of Tax and Personal Financial Planning. She is also a proud member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Society of Black Certified Public Accountants and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
