Careers: Tax Preparer/Accounting Assistant Position

JOB DUTIES- You will be responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S & 1065) accurately and assist with bookkeeping. You will communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, and face-to-face. You must know the tax laws and be willing to do research as needed. Client relationship and satisfaction is very important so you must be able to maintain that.
REQUIREMENT – 4 or more years of experience or a college degree with major in accounting or finance.
COMPENSATION – Hourly pay plus commission paid via W-2.
LOCATION – Duluth, GA. This position is in office with a majority of our existing clients being virtual. We take COVID-19 seriously. Precautions include required face mask, social distancing, sanitizing and disinfecting throughout the day by building management.
HOURS – Monday – Thursday 12-5pm. This position starts February and runs until April 15th . After April 15th depending on your performance the position could continue.
